We clean your computer make every effort to work around your information. We only reformat if there is no other way of getting your system back up and running. We ask that you backup your data before cleaning just to be on the safe side. Some Viruses will damage other files on your computer so during the removal process some system files maybe removed accidently.

When new parts are needed for your system we will order the part and install them. These parts are extra and we will contact you before purchasing the parts. When you approve we will place the order. We will also attempt to get data from a dead hard drive. If we are unable to retrieve your data we have an out of state company who can. We will give you a quote on this service before sending your hard drive in for data retrieval.
